🧼 Washroom Needs

• 5 shower caddies

• 6 plastic shower curtains (plus optional cloth covers)

• 6 shower rods for shower room

• 2–4 extra rods (between kitchen & eating area)

• Toilet paper (ongoing supply to stock)

• Change table for babies

• Small stool for each washroom (small kids brushing teeth)

• Long floor mat for each bathroom (sink-length style)

• Soap (for hands & body)

• Mirror for women’s washroom (larger size preferred) plus wall brackets to mount

• Buckets or baskets for toiletries (for guests to store personal items 14)

• Hand towels

• Laundry detergent (preferably Nellie’s brand or natural unscented)

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance

• Fly traps (sticky tape or hanging)

• Garbage bags (large, lined type)

• Vinegar (cleaning use)

• Paper towels

• Dish soap (for hand washing & dishwasher)

• Dyson vacuum

• Furnace and air vent cleaning (service or volunteers)

• Ceiling tile replacements (1x1 tiles)

• Cover plates for electrical outlets

• Volunteers to help clean under the stage and prep spaces on March 29

• Helpers to move items from the storage area (future welcome/admin space)

🎨 Paint & Repairs

• Paint for kitchen & eating area (high gloss / light colour / 5 gallon size)

• Paint supplies (rollers, trays, tape, etc.)

• Volunteer painter(s)

• Window scraping and possibly UV-protective coating (exterior gymnasium area)

• Ceiling repair (1 x 1 white tiles)

🌿 Atmosphere & Comfort

• Plants (living)

• 6 small lamps for dorm areas (plus lightbulbs)

• Mirror (for women’s washroom)

• Toaster oven-style air fryer

• Small water dispenser (to replace broken fountain)

• Vending machine (for kombucha & healthy snacks)

• Water cooler dispenser

🛏️ Sleeping Areas

• Bring your own blow up bed, air mattress, mat, or tent (yes, you can pitch inside!)

• Bring your own bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows, shower towel)

• We have ~30 beds spread across:

  • Classrooms / semi-private

  • Gymnasium - blow up. mattresses / tents

🍳 Food Manifestation List

Please bring enough for yourself—what we contribute together becomes our shared feast.

• Ground meats / stew meats

• Breakfast sausage / bacon

• Farm eggs

• Butter

• Heavy cream (for coffee)

• Coffee / tea (your personal favourite)

• Honey or maple syrup

• Oatmeal

• Pancake mix (regular or gluten-free)

• Root vegetables / salad items

• Butternut squash

• Onions / garlic

• Fresh or dried herbs

• Coconut oil / avocado oil

• Frozen fruits

• Coconut water

• Filtered or spring water

Whole foods focus. Avoid packaged or heavily processed items. No chips or confectionary items / pop. Alcohol is NOT permitted.

🙌 Volunteers Needed

• Early arrivals on March 29 to assist with:

  • Cleaning under stage

  • Wiping down chairs

  • Prepping common areas

  • Clearing storage space for Admin & Welcome Area

• Floor polishing (Gymnasium) example

• Furnace cleaning (service)

• Basic repairs (ceiling, electrical covers, etc.)

• General clean-up, dishes, floors, garbage
